Consent forms are to be completed by all clients prior to treatments​

Consent forms will either be completed in person or sent to clients online

Sickness

Please inform me of any illnesses, and stay home if feeling unwell or if you've had contact with someone who is ill​

CANCELLATIONS, LATENEss AND NO SHOWS

Cancellations

Please cancel 48 hours ahead of your appointment to keep your deposit and ensure it can be transferred

Cancellations made with appts. in less than 48 hours, will lose their deposit

Late to an Appointment

Under 20 minutes, time wasted will be deducted from the appointment time

After 20 minutes, you will need to reschedule and send another deposit

No Shows
-
Your deposit will be lost if you fail to show up without communication, in certain circumstances, you will not be welcomed back​

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Cash and e-transfer are the ONLY acceptable payment methods at Imani Curves. Please note longer bank times for larger e-transfer amounts and transfer accordingly

$20 deposits will be collected for services under $100: $40 deposits collected for those over

Cancellations before 48 hours will result in a TRANSFERABLE deposit (all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE)
